Description
Anchovies have a high content of B vitamins and vitamin E, in addition to that in mineral salts and after the correct maturation of selected salted anchovies, those destined to be filleted are taken. This is how the Corallo anchovy fillets are born: deprived of both the skin and the bones, they are arranged one by one in glass jars so that the result of so much careful work is shown. Then added the oil for conservation, the jars are sealed to keep all their characteristic flavor.
