With our brand Ghezzi – Genuine Sea Traditions we offer fish preserves from the Northern seas, especially cod and stock fish. Guardian of age-old salting and drying techniques, the Ghezzi family has specialized for over 45 years in the marketing and production of these preserves full of history and authenticity. Together with the tradition linked to cod and stock fish typical of our Mediterranean culture, Ghezzi was the first Italian company to introduce HPP (high hydrostatic pressure) technology on these preserved fish, symbol of our gastronomic heritage.
