Salted ling fillet portion

Ling (Molva molva), is a fish of the Lotidae family widespread mainly on the North Atlantic coasts of Europe between Scandinavia in the north, Iceland and the Gulf of Biscay to the south. Ling has a white, tasty and compact pulp. It is an excellent protein source, and is rich in selenium.
