Salted Brosme fillet

The brosme (Brosme brosme) is a fish of the Lotidae family found mainly on the Atlantic coasts of northern Canada and in the eastern part of the Atlantic in the waters surrounding Iceland, in the northern North Sea and along the western British coasts. Its meats are suitable for various culinary preparations. It is an excellent protein source, and is rich in selenium.
