Our fillet from Gadus morhua or Gadus macrocephalus is one of the most versatile cuts of cod. The careful soaking carried out by our production, together with the fact that it is deprived of central bone and kept with its skin, makes it a product of excellent quality and Ready to Cook. The meat of the cod is lean and low in saturated fatty acids.
