Description
The finest cut: the ‘Heart’ of the Ghezzi fillet, is ready to cook. The ‘Heart’, as its name indicates, is obtained from the most noble and central part of the cod fillet, without the main spine and without the skin.
It is the highest part that guarantees well-defined and large flakes in any recipe.
The meat of the cod is rich in polyunsaturated fatty acids (Omega 3, 6, and 9).
