Description
Ghezzi Alimentari, within its production, proceeds with the soaking of the stock fish (air-dried Nordic cod Gadus morhua) and rear cut, so as to make it a clean fillet without a central bone and ready to cook.
Its meat is characteristic for its leanness and for the high content of polyunsaturated fatty acids (omega 3, 6, and 9) useful for keeping the “bad” cholesterol (LDL) values under control and thus preventing cardiovascular disease.
