Description
Small size cut of soaked stock fish fillet designed to facilitate the consumption of fewer diners and ready to cook. Ghezzi Alimentari, within its production, proceeds with the soaking of the stock fish (Gadus morhua cod, dried in the open air) and rear cut in order to make it a clean fillet without a central bone.
Being a natural product with no added salt, it is suitable for people on a low-sodium diet.
