Our fillet is one of the most versatile cuts of cod to be used as an excellent raw material for the preparation of any recipe. Salted cod is caught in the Pacific and North Atlantic Oceans and then preserved in salt. Salting, an ancient and traditional technique, allows the product to be preserved for long periods without deterioration. Cod is a food rich in proteins with high nutritional value.
